Full Refund Policy

Customers are entitled to a 100% full refund for any tour cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the tour.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
No Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour's scheduled start time.

This includes no-shows, late arrivals, or any other reason that prevents attendance.
Important Notes

The 24-hour cancellation window is based on the local time zone of the tour's departure location.

Modifications (such as date changes) are also subject to availability and must follow the same 24-hour policy.

In the rare case that KEMER TOURS cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, operational issues), guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
